    Let the father?s age and the sum of five children?s age in present be x years and y years respectively. After 15 years, Father?s age \[a-b+5,2a-2b+5\]years And sum of children?s age \[a+b+c=9\] years According to the question, \[x=y\]                                 ...(1) And \[(x+15)=\frac{1}{2}(y+75)\] \[\Rightarrow \]  \[1/2(a+b+c)\]                      ?.(2) Solving equations (1) and (2), we get x = 45 years.
