    [b] \[\frac{{{x}_{1}}+{{x}_{2}}+{{x}_{3}}+{{x}_{4}}}{4}=16\] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[({{x}_{1}}+{{x}_{2}}+{{x}_{3}}+{{x}_{4}})=60\]             \[\frac{1}{2}({{x}_{2}}+{{x}_{3}}+{{x}_{4}})=23\] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[({{x}_{2}}+{{x}_{3}}+{{x}_{4}})=46\] \[\therefore \]      \[{{x}_{1}}=(64-46)=18\]
