    \[R=\frac{abc}{4\Delta }\], where \[\Delta =\sqrt{s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)}\] \[a=13,b=12,c=5,s=\frac{30}{2}=15\] \[\Delta =\sqrt{15(2)(3)10}=3\times 2\times 5=30\] \[\therefore R=\frac{13\times 12\times 5}{4\times 30}=\frac{13}{2}\].
