    Solution :

     Let the point on x-axis be \[\frac{area\,(\Delta QAO)}{area(\Delta PBO)}=\frac{{{(QO)}^{2}}}{{{(PO)}^{2}}}=\frac{49}{16}\]. Then, \[\Rightarrow \] \[area\,\Delta PBO=245\times \frac{16}{49}=80\,c{{m}^{2}}\] (For\[\frac{OA}{OC}=\frac{OB}{OD}\], 1,.... etc)                   But as it is given that c < 3, no such point exists.
