                        \[E=\frac{{{P}^{2}}}{2m}.\] If momentum are same then \[E\propto \frac{1}{m}\]                 \ \[\frac{{{E}_{1}}}{{{E}_{2}}}=\frac{{{m}_{2}}}{{{m}_{1}}}=\frac{2m}{m}=\frac{2}{1}\]
