               \[3{{x}^{2}}-12x+4{{y}^{2}}-8y=-4\]Þ\[3{{(x-2)}^{2}}+4{{(y-1)}^{2}}=12\]                    Þ \[\frac{{{(x-2)}^{2}}}{4}+\frac{{{(y-1)}^{2}}}{3}=1\] Þ \[\frac{{{X}^{2}}}{4}+\frac{{{Y}^{2}}}{3}=1\]                    \ \[e=\sqrt{1-\frac{3}{4}}=\frac{1}{2}\]. \ Foci are \[\left( X=\pm 2\times \frac{1}{2},\,Y=0 \right)\]                    i.e., \[(x-2=\pm 1,\,\,y-1=0)\]\[=(3,\,1)\] and\[(1,\,1)\].
