    Solution :

     Since, \[\Delta \,APQ\] and \[\Delta \,ABC\] are similar, \[\therefore \]  \[\frac{PQ}{BC}=\frac{AP}{AB}\] or            \[PQ=\frac{8\times 4}{10}\]                 \[=\frac{16}{5}=3.2\,cm.\]
