    Solution :

               Net capacitance\[=\frac{1}{\left( \frac{1}{2}+\frac{1}{3}+\frac{1}{6} \right)}=1\,\mu F\]                    Total charge \[=CV=1\,\mu F\times 10\,V=10\,\mu C\] Total charge on every capacitor in series system is same. So charge on 3 mF is 10 mC.
