    Negative emotions states are of particular concern when it start effecting our health.
    The incidence of Psychological disorders, such as panic attacks and obsessive behavior increases due to prolonged stress.
    Worries can reach to extremely high level and cause frightening painful sensations, which can be mistaken for a heart attack.
    People under prolonged stress are more prone to phobias and mood swings, fits of depression, anger, and irritability.
    These negative emotions are related to the function of the immune system. When our immune system gets affected, it influences adversely on our perception, interpretation and personal meaning. This process in turn affects our body.
    Feeling of hopelessness and helplessness develops which leads to poor coping capability of the victims.
    Therefore we all should develop positive attitude, positive thinking and fairly accurate perception of reality to avoid negative emotions.
