Answer:

Ans.     (i) Case study refers to a systematic reconstruction of the past. It is an in-depth study of the individual in terms of his/her psychological attributes, psychological history in the content of his/her psychological and physical environment.

(ii) Case studies are widely used in clinical settings to deal with problems related to maladjustment.

(iii) Case studies use interview, observation, questionnaire and psychological tests.
