                       \[r=\frac{\sqrt{2mK}}{qB}\Rightarrow r\ \propto \ \frac{\sqrt{m}}{q}\Rightarrow \frac{{{r}_{H{{e}^{+}}}}}{{{r}_{{{O}^{++}}}}}=\sqrt{\frac{{{m}_{H{{e}^{+}}}}}{{{m}_{{{O}^{++}}}}}}\times \frac{{{q}_{{{O}^{++}}}}}{{{q}_{H{{e}^{+}}}}}\]            \[=\sqrt{\frac{4}{16}}\times \frac{2}{1}=\frac{1}{1}.\] Then will deflect equally.
