    [d] Let the number of. \[\therefore \] 53% of \[x={{(26)}^{2}}-358\] \[=676-358=318\] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[x=\frac{318\times 100}{53}=600\] Hence, 23% of three-fourth of 600 \[=23\times \frac{3\times 60}{4\times 100}=138\times \frac{3}{4}\]             \[=10.35\]
