A child of \[R{{h}^{+}}\] man will be \[R{{h}^{+}}\] whether the mother is \[R{{h}^{+}}\] or \[R{{h}^{-}}\] If the mother is \[R{{h}^{+}}\] then there will be no problem but if mother is \[R{{h}^{-}}\] so when the blood of \[R{{h}^{+}}\] child (in womb) mixes with the blood of \[R{{h}^{-}}\] mother then some antibodies in mother's blood are formed against \[R{{h}^{+}}\] factor which coagulate the womb blood causing death.
