    [a] Let speeds of a car, jeep and a tractor are 3x km/h, 5x km/h and 2x km/h respectively. and speed of tractor \[\text{=}\frac{\text{Covered}\,\,\text{distance}}{\text{Time}\,\,\text{taken}}\]             \[\text{=}\frac{360}{12}=30\,km/h\] and speed of jeep             \[=\frac{30\times 250}{100}=75\,km/h\] \[\therefore \]      \[5x=75\]\[\Rightarrow \]x = 15 Thus, speed of car \[=3\times 15=45\,km/h\] Hence, average speed of car and jeep together             \[=\frac{45+75}{2}=\frac{120}{2}=60\,km/h\]
