    Solution :

    From I. There are several possibilities: O>J>M>L>N>K O > K > M > J > L > N; and so on. Hence I alone is not sufficient to answer the question. From II. O > K > M > J > L > N or, N > K > M > J > L > O Hence L is the second highest. Thus, II alone is sufficient to answer the question.
