    Differentiate between binary fission and budding.

    Answer:

    Binary fission occurs in unicellular organisms like Amoeba and Paramecium, in which organism divides by cell division to give two similar and equal organisms. While in budding the organism produces a small outgrowth or bud that grows in size and on separation from parent forms new individual, e.g.. Hydra and Yeast.
