    Solution :

    According Section 499 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Law of Torts, A libel is publication of a false and defamatory statement in same permanent form tending to injure the reputation of another person without lawful excuse. It must be in some permanent and visible form such as writing, printing, pictures or even by means of a cinema film of gramophone record So, both A and R are true and R is the correct explanation of (A)
