    C)  A is true, but R is false

    D)  A is false, but R is true

    Correct Answer: C

    Solution :

According to the Law of Torts regarding nuisance, A is true, but R is false. According to Law of Torts, a person who moves to the place of nuisance can complain of nuisance but it is not defence in a suit for nuisance, that the plaintiff himself came to the nuisance, so it is not good defence, hence R is false.
