    Solution :

    According to the Section 14 of the Indian Penal Code, 1872, Consent is said to be free when it is not caused by coercion, undue influence, fraud, misrepresentation, mistake. In the present case Ramesh's consent to sell his horse for Rs 10 to Vipin is free and voluntary, so this agreement is not void, merely because the price is inadequate.
