    Facts Gautam, a cement dealer, entered into an agreement with Amit to supply 1000 bags of cement for the latter's building. By the time, Gautam supplied 500 bags of cement, the Government issued an order restricting the free sale of cement. There after, every dealer was supposed to get his supply from the government. As a result, Gautam found it difficult to meet his commitment to Amit, Amit brings a suit for breach of contract against Gautam. Decide the case.

    A)  Amit's suit will fail because a supervening impossibility makes the contract void

    B)  Amit's suit will fail because Gautam has already supplied 500 bags of cement and it?s not his fault

    C)  Amit will succeed as it is a valid contract
