    Let the principal be Rs \[x\]. Amount = Rs \[3x\] Interest = Rs \[2x\] \[\therefore \]      Time 20 \[\therefore \]      \[I=\frac{P\times r\times t}{100}\Rightarrow 2x=\frac{x\times r\times 20}{100}\] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[r=10\] In second case, \[I=\text{Rs}\,x\] \[P=\text{Rs}\,x\] \[r=10\] \[t=?\] \[\therefore \]      \[I=\frac{P\times r\times t}{100}\] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[x=\frac{x\times 10\times t}{100}\] \[\therefore \]      \[t=10\,yr\]
