Given below is a report in jumbled form. Arrange the jumbled parts to give its logical sequence.
P: The death toll in Kedarnath and neighbouring areas is much higher than what the officials are saying. Locals told us that bodies were stuck in the rubble and caught in the debris of houses. Dogs and vultures were preying on them. If locals are to be believed, the number of dead could be in thousands.
Q: "Only 100 people have been air-lifted from Badrinath so far," said Dharmender Pandey, a Delhi government official who has been stranded at the shrine since Saturday. "There are 10,000 people here and there does not seem to be any way of getting out of this place".
R: It is nightmare that is unfolding in Kedarnath.
With the rains letting up, the lucky few who have survived the nature's fury have horror stories to tell - of dogs preying on the dead, large swathes of land washed away by furious flood water and of a number of tiny hamlets wiped off the face of earth.
S: India's top disaster management agency, the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), could not give a time-frame within which those stranded could be rescued. An NDMA official, who did not want to be named, admitted that they were functioning under difficult conditions.
