A cell using above reaction is operated at \[25{}^\circ C\] under \[{{P}_{{{H}_{2}}}}=1\] atm, \[[{{H}^{+}}]\] and \[\left[ C{{l}^{-}} \right]=0.1.\] Calculate e.m.f. of cell.
