    Solution :

    [b] At steady state. No current will flow through capacitor. So \[i=\frac{E}{{{R}_{2}}+r}=\frac{5}{4+1}=1A\] Potential difference a cross capacitor \[=i\times {{R}_{2}}\] \[=1\times 4=4V\] Charge on each capacitor \[=\left( \frac{C}{2} \right)\times 4\] \[=\left( \frac{3}{2} \right)\times 4=6\mu C\]
