     Potential difference induced in both the rods would have different polarity. PD (potential difference) in \[ab=B/v=1\times 0.1m\times 4m/s=0.4V\] PD (potential difference) in \[cd=B/v=1\times 0.1m\times 2m/s=0.2V\] So, the arrangement would act like \[\therefore \]Current\[l=\frac{0.4-0.2}{5}=\frac{0.2}{5}=0.04A=40mA\]
