    Let moles of \[FeO=a.\]                \[F{{e}_{2}}{{O}_{3}}=b\] Applying POAC, \[a+2b=1\]                            ?(1)                                 \[a+3b=0.7\times 2\]                    .(2) Solving (1) & (2), \[a=0.,b=0.4\] moles of \[F{{e}^{3+}}=2b=0.8\] moles of \[F{{e}^{2+}}=a=0.2\] \[\therefore \]\[\frac{{{n}_{F{{e}^{3+}}}}}{{{n}_{F{{e}^{2+}}}}}=\frac{0.8}{0.2}=\frac{4}{1}\]
