    \[y={{c}_{1}}\cos 2x+\frac{{{c}_{1}}}{2}(1+\cos 2x)\] \[+\frac{{{c}_{3}}}{2}(1-\cos 2x)+{{c}_{4}}\] \[=\left( \frac{{{c}_{3}}}{2}+\frac{{{c}_{3}}}{2}+{{c}_{4}} \right)+\left( {{c}_{1}}+\frac{{{c}_{2}}}{2}-\frac{{{c}_{3}}}{2} \right)\cos 2x\] \[=A+B\cos 2x\] \[\therefore \]Equation has only two independent parameters Hence, order is 2.
