    Solution :

    \[h{{v}_{\max }}\,=eV\]             \[{{v}_{\max }}\,=\frac{6.6\times {{10}^{3}}\,\times 1.6\,\times {{10}^{-19}}}{6.6\times {{10}^{-34}}}\]             \[=1.6\,\times {{10}^{18}}Hz\]. Ans. Maximum possible frequency is \[1.6\times {{10}^{18}}Hz\]. Hence \[1.8\,\times {{10}^{18}}Hz\] is not possible.
