    Angular speed \[\omega =2\pi v=2\pi \times \frac{216}{60}\]
                                      \[=7.2\pi \,\,rad/s\]
    \[\omega =\frac{\theta }{t}\]
    \[\Rightarrow t=\frac{\theta }{\omega }=\frac{2\pi n}{\omega }=\frac{2\pi \times 36}{7.2\pi }=10s\]
