    \[=200\times {{10}^{3}}Pa\] and \[\Delta V=100\times {{10}^{-3}}{{m}^{3}}\]
    \[\therefore W={{P}_{av}}\Delta V=200\times {{10}^{3}}\times 100\times {{10}^{-3}}\]
