    Solution :

    \[\vec{n}={{\vec{n}}_{1}}\times {{\vec{n}}_{2}}=\left| \begin{matrix}    {\hat{i}} & {\hat{j}} & {\hat{k}}  \\    3 & -1 & 2  \\    1 & 2 & 3  \\ \end{matrix} \right|\]
    \[=7\hat{i}-7\hat{j}+7\hat{k}\]
    Equation of plane is
    \[-7(x-4)-7(y+1)+7(z-2)=0\]
    \[\Rightarrow \] \[-7x-7y+7z+7=0\]
    \[\Rightarrow \]   \[x+y-z=1.\]
