    As trains are moving towards each other. So, relative speed of the train \[=32+40=72\,\,km/h=\frac{72\times 5}{18}=20\,\,m/s\] Time taken by train in passing each other \[\text{=}\frac{\text{Distance}\,\,\text{equal}\,\,\text{to}\,\,\text{sum}\,\,\text{of}\,\,\text{length}\,\,\text{of}\,\,\text{times}}{\text{Relative}\,\,\text{speed}}\] \[=\left( \frac{130+110}{20} \right)=\frac{240}{20}=12\,\,s\]
