    Solution :

    Saurabh is paid Rs. y. \[\therefore \]Prakash is paid = 120% of Saurabh = Rs. \[\frac{120}{100}\]y = Rs. \[\frac{6}{5}\]y By given condition, Prakash + Saurabh = Rs. 1650 \[\Rightarrow \]   \[\frac{6}{5}y+y=1650\] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[\frac{11}{5}y=1650\]\[\Rightarrow \]\[y=\frac{1650\times 5}{11}\] \[\therefore \]                  y = Rs. 750
