    Solution :

    Let initially the number of men be x. According to question, \[{{M}_{1}}{{D}_{1}}{{W}_{2}}={{M}_{2}}{{D}_{2}}{{W}_{1}}\] \[x\times 30=(x+5)\times (30-10)\] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[x\times 30=20x+100\] \[\Rightarrow \] \[30x-20x=100\]\[\Rightarrow \]\[10x=100\] \[\therefore \]      \[x=10\]
