    Solution :

    Suppose total income = Rs. x \[\therefore \]\[x-\frac{x}{4}-\frac{2x}{3}=630\]\[\Rightarrow \]\[\frac{x}{12}=630\]\[\therefore \]\[x=7560\] \[\therefore \] House rent \[=\frac{2}{3}\times 7560\]= Rs. 5040
