    Solution :

    Part of the work done by B in 10 days \[=10\times \frac{1}{15}=\frac{2}{3}\] Remaining work \[=1-\frac{2}{3}=\frac{1}{3}\] \[\therefore \] Time taken by A \[=\frac{1}{3}\times 18=6\]days
