Let the marked price be Rs. 100

1st payment = 75% of 85% of Rs. 100

= Rs. \[\left( \frac{75}{100}\times \frac{85}{100}\times 100 \right)\]= Rs. \[\frac{225}{4}\]= Rs. 63.75

2nd payment = 70% of 90% of Rs. 100

= Rs. \[\left( \frac{70}{100}\times \frac{90}{100}\times 100 \right)\]= Rs. 63

3rd payment = 6 5 % of 9 5 % of Rs. 100

= Rs. \[\left( \frac{65}{100}\times \frac{95}{100}\times 100 \right)\]= Rs. 61.75

Clearly, 3rd payment is better.
