    The system of equations represents coincident line, it \[\frac{{{a}_{1}}}{{{a}_{2}}}=\frac{{{b}_{1}}}{{{b}_{2}}}=\frac{{{c}_{1}}}{{{c}_{2}}}\] i.e.        \[\frac{3}{6}=\frac{4}{8}=\frac{6}{k}\] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[4k=6\times 8\] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[k=\frac{48}{4}=12\]
