    \[\frac{3{{x}^{2}}-11x-4}{6{{x}^{2}}-7x-3}=\frac{3{{x}^{2}}-12x+x-4}{6{{x}^{2}}-9x+2x-3}\] \[=\frac{3x(x-4)+1(x-4)}{3x(2x-3)+1(2x-3)}=\frac{(3x+1)(x-4)}{3x+1)(2x-3)}=\frac{x-4}{2x-3}\]
