    List price of a video cassettes = Rs. 100
    Let the rate of discount = r%
    Selling price of 3 video cassettes = Rs. 274.50
    \[\therefore \] Selling price of 1 video cassette = Rs.\[\frac{274.50}{3}\] = Rs. 91.50
    \[\therefore \]      \[100-\frac{r}{100}\times 100\]= Rs. 91.50
    \[100-91.50=r\]\[\Rightarrow \]\[8.50=r\]
    \[\Rightarrow \]Rate of discount = 8.5%
