    Induced \[emf=e=-\frac{d\phi }{dt},\]where \[\phi =\vec{B}.\vec{A}\] As both \[\vec{B}\]and \[\vec{A}\]are constant so \[\phi \]is constant, hence induced emf in the loop is zero. Hence, the correction option is [d].
