    As, \[P\propto A{{T}^{4}}\] and \[A\propto {{r}^{2}}\]   \[P\propto {{r}^{2}}{{T}^{4}}\] Now,   \[T'=2T,\]     \[r'=2r\] Hence,    \[\frac{P'}{P}=\frac{{{(2r)}^{2}}{{(2T)}^{4}}}{{{r}^{2}}{{T}^{4}}}=64\] \[\Rightarrow \] \[P'=64P\]
