    Solution :

    As net potential energy = 0 \[\Rightarrow \]               \[K=\frac{Qq}{a}+\frac{K{{q}^{2}}}{a}+\frac{KQq}{\sqrt{2a}}=0\] \[\Rightarrow \]               \[Q+q+\frac{Q}{\sqrt{2}}=0\] \[\therefore \]  \[Q=\frac{2q}{(2+\sqrt{2})}\]
