    Solution :

    Force exerted on block by jet stream, \[F=v\frac{dm}{dt}\]\[=\,\,\,3\,\,\times \,\,2=6\,N\] Now acceleration of block will be, \[a=\frac{F}{m}=\frac{6}{4}\]\[=\,\,\,1.5 m/{{s}^{2}}\]
