    Answer:

    In situation (i), there is no change in the magnetic flux linked with in the loop PQR. So, emf is not induced.
    In situation (ii), the loop is moving out of the magnetic field. So, the magnetic flux linked with the loop decreases. Hence, there is an induced emf.
    In situation (i), there is no change in the magnetic flux linked with in the loop PQR. So, emf is not induced.
