    \[\Rightarrow \]   \[(3x+5)(2x+1)=0\]\[x=\frac{-1}{2},\]\[\frac{-5}{3}\]
    II. \[9{{y}^{2}}+22y+8=0\]
    \[\Rightarrow \]   \[9{{y}^{2}}+18y+4y+8=0\]
    \[\Rightarrow \]   \[9y\,(y+2)+4\,(y+2)=0\]
    \[\Rightarrow \]   \[(9y+4)(y+2)=0\]\[\Rightarrow \]\[y=-2,\]\[\frac{-4}{9}\]
    \[\therefore \] Relation cannot be determined.
