    Solution :

    Water flowed through pipe in \[1\,\,h=\pi {{r}^{2}}h\]        
    \[=\frac{22}{7}\times \frac{7\times 7}{100\times 100}\times 5000=77\,{{m}^{3}}\]
    Required volume of water in tank
                \[=\,\,\frac{50\times 44\times 7}{100}=154\,{{m}^{3}}\]
    \[\therefore \] Time taken to fill the tank \[=\frac{154}{77}=2\,h\]
