    Solution :

    I. \[\sqrt{36}x+\sqrt{64}=0\]
    \[\Rightarrow \]   \[6x+8=0\]
    \[\Rightarrow \]   \[x=\frac{-\,8}{6}\]\[\Rightarrow \]\[x=\frac{-\,4}{3}\]
    II.         \[\sqrt{81}y+{{4}^{2}}=0\]
    \[\Rightarrow \]   \[9y+16=0\]\[\Rightarrow \]\[y=\frac{-16}{9}\]
    Hence, \[x>y\]
