Solution :

Let HCF be x and LCM be 12x.

According to the question,

\[12x+x=403\]\[\Rightarrow \]\[x=31\]

\[\therefore \] LCM \[12\times 31\]and HCF=31

\[\therefore \] \[93\times a=12\times 31\times 31\]\[\Rightarrow \]\[a=124\]
