    I. \[2{{x}^{2}}+18x+40=0\]
    \[\Rightarrow \]\[2{{x}^{2}}+10x+8x+40=0\]
    \[\Rightarrow \]\[2x\,\,(x+5)+8\,\,(x+5)=0\]
    \[\Rightarrow \]\[(2x+8)(x+5)=0\]
    \[\therefore \]\[x=-\,\,4,\]\[x=-\,\,5\]
    II. \[2{{y}^{2}}+15y+27=0\]
    \[\Rightarrow \]\[2{{y}^{2}}+9y+6y+27=0\]
    \[\Rightarrow \]\[y\,\,(2y+9)+3\,\,(2y+9)=0\]
    \[\Rightarrow \] \[(y+3)(2y+9)=0\]
    \[\therefore \]\[y=-\,\,3,\]\[y=-\frac{9}{2}\]
    Here, relationship cannot be established.
